The Food Processing industry is looking to hire qualified people to work. CSI's Food Processing Program will help you gain the necessary skills to get a good job in this rapidly growing field! With an Intermediate Technical Certificate or Associate's Degree, you could work as:
Quality Control/Assurance Technicians or Manager: Ensure the products processed are safe to eat and meet the companies quality standards.
Sanitation Personnel: Makes sure the equipment and facility stays clean.
Maintenance / Utility Technician or Manager: Ensures equipment is running correctly and at peak performance.
Controls Technician / Engineer: Program and troubleshoot equipment to run correctly and efficiently.
Production Operators: Operate all the equipment in a food processing plant.
Technical Certificate Program
2-Year Associate Degree
In addition to what is learned in the Technical Certificate, there are three pathways to continue onto the Associate Degree.
Or a combination of the three pathways.

PATH 2 - Quality Assurance
PATH 3 - Operations
We can offer 1 – 2 day seminars on a variety of topics related to the food industry.
